Since opening our doors in 1988, PR&A has consulted
to hundreds upon hundreds of long term care (LTC) providers.
Recognizing that the LTC industry must prepare for the burgeoning
(77 million) aging baby boomers who are joining the ranks of senior
citizenship, access to, and provision of, quality care is a growing
national concern. As a result, far-reaching changes that impact
on LTC, are evolving in the political, economic, social and professional
arenas.
PR&A provides programmatic health care consultation
services to providers and assists them in responding to the quality
of care and reimbursement challenges they face. We guide clients
in organizational restructuring and provision of long-living systems
that better ensure both measurable quality care and maximum, legitimate
reimbursement. Having one, without the other, is simply not a success
story.
PR&A is equipped to prepare your facility for the changes in
service expectations and reimbursement that are emerging on a trajectory
with the growing number of aging Americans. Our clients measurably
benefit from the knowledge, skills and systems approach we bring
to an engagement. One striking example of the results of the intellectual
capital we bring to an engagement is seen in our ability to empower
all members of a clients team. We take the mystery out of
PPS through training that launches clinicians innate abilities
to implement clinical and organizational strategies necessary to
ensure both high quality care and fiscal solvency. When we complete
an engagement, we are confident that our clients key staff
are fully empowered with knowledge, techniques and tools to achieve
the specified objective(s).
